Where required to fulfill your booking, I may share relevant details (such as names, timings, or location details) with trusted assistant makeup artists working alongside me. Only the information strictly necessary to carry out your booking will be shared.

Photographs & SOCIAL MEDIA
Bridal Bookings: Consent for photos and videos is obtained through your booking contract.
Occasion & Event Bookings: If you agree to let me take photographs or videos during or after your appointment, you grant permission for these to be shared on my website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
You can decline photos at any time during your appointment. If you previously gave consent and would like a photograph or video removed from my platforms, please contact me in writing at laurenmeredithmakeup@hotmail.com, and I will gladly take it down.
How Long I Keep Your Information
I only keep your information for as long as necessary to provide my services and comply with legal obligations.
If you submit an enquiry but do not proceed with a booking, I may retain your enquiry details for up to 18 months within my secure booking system (Studio Ninja) for business administration and record-keeping purposes.
Certain financial records may be retained for up to six years in accordance with UK tax legislation.
