YOUR BRIDAL JOURNEY

Planning your wedding makeup should feel exciting, not stressful! I guide you through every step of your bridal makeup journey, making sure the whole process feels relaxed and straightforward but still tailored to you.

Here’s how it works:

BOOKING

Once I’ve received your enquiry and confirmed my availability, I’ll send over a bespoke quote based on your details. My booking system makes everything super simple - you can accept your quote and secure your date with a signed contract and a £100 non-refundable deposit.

As soon as that’s done, your date is safely reserved in my diary. You’ll also receive access to your personal WedQuarters portal, where you can view all your booking details, upload inspiration images and book your bridal trial appointment.

YOUR MAKEUP PREVIEW

Your preview usually takes place 3–6 months before the wedding, at my home in Norwich, NR4. This session is all about you - we’ll explore your style, your skin and your preferences to create a look that feels refined, radiant and entirely your own.

It’s one of my favourite parts of the journey: a calm, collaborative experience that allows us to perfect your bridal look and connect before your wedding day.

YOUR WEDDING DAY

The day is finally here!

In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll create a detailed, bespoke morning schedule, to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. Makeup will always be finished at least an hour before you leave for your ceremony, giving you time to enjoy those special moments - from the dress reveal to bridal party photos.

I’ll stay with you right up until you’re ready to go, on hand for any final touch-ups (or happy tears!). You can relax and soak up every moment of your morning, knowing you and your bridal party are in safe hands.

Individual or cluster lashes (if desired) at both your preview and on your wedding day
Two hour bridal preview at my home studio in Norwich (Monday - Thursday) where we’ll chat through your skin, style and the look you’re dreaming of
Ongoing support via email whenever you need advice, guidance or reassurance
Personalised wedding morning schedule to keep everything on track
Final touch-ups before you leave - I’ll stay with you right up until you’re ready to step out the door

INVESTMENT

HELAINA STOREY PHOTOGRAPHY

There is a minimum booking of bride plus 3 on peak Saturdays between 1st May and 31st August, and bride plus 2 for Saturdays in April, September & October (not including Flower Girl Sparkle)

Travel is charged at 50p per mile for locations over 10 miles from NR4 (Norwich)

YOUR BRIDAL PARTY

Your bridal party deserves to feel just as special as you do on the day. Whether it’s bridesmaids, mums or other loved ones, I create soft, polished makeup looks that are tailored to each person while still complementing your bridal style and the rest of the party. My aim is to make everyone feel confident and ready to celebrate, with makeup that lasts from morning preparations through to dancing the night away.

FAQs

Peak Saturdays often book up over a year in advance, so the earlier the better! My diary is currently open for 2025 & 2026 weddings, with limited 2025 Saturday dates left. My 2027 diary will be opening on 1st January 2026.
Yes - for peak season Saturdays (May–August) I require bookings of the bride plus three others (not including Flower Girl Sparkle). For Saturdays in April, September & October, it’s the bride plus two.
I usually allow 45 - 60 minutes per bridesmaid/mum and 75 minutes for the bride. I’ll create a wedding morning schedule for you so everything runs smoothly.
I can usually accommodate the bride plus up to 5 others. For larger parties or early starts, I’ll bring an assistant (assistant fees start at £50).
